Stickle Day Out
For the adventurer with stamina! Why not take a day and climb Stickle Ghyll from bottom to top. The Stickle Ghyll day out starts in the lower, steady angled section of the ghyll and takes you on a journey up epic waterfalls and through rock mazes to the large tarn at the very top of the ghyll. Bring your packed lunch because you will need that energy if you are going to make it all the way to the top!

What to expect:
In these open sessions, expect to meet like-minded adventurers! Your instructor will meet you at the venue and sort everyone with the relevant equipment. You will then receive a safety briefing and be guided in the ghyll. Our Instructors will add challenges and keep an eye on everyone as you journey up the ghyll. Depending on the time of year, this can be a pretty chilly activity, but makes up for that by being incredible fun! The activity will last approximately five hours, including time for changing at either end.. You will have lunch on your way up the Ghyll.
Minimum Age: 8 Years We can facilitate much younger children Ghyll Scrambling in private bookings. Please get in touch if you have younger children and would like to Ghyll Scramble.
